Orders & Deposits
To secure your booking, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required for all orders with a total value exceeding £300.
As our products are prepared to order and we accept a limited number of bookings, reserving your date means we may have to decline other enquiries. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Orders under £300
Orders with a total value below £300 may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery may be subject to a £85 charge to cover ingredients, preparation time and administration costs.
Orders over £300
The £100 deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date may incur additional charges where ingredients have already been purchased or preparation has commenced.
Changes to Orders
We will do our best to accommodate amendments to your order; however, changes requested within 72 hours of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Food & Allergies:
While every care is taken during preparation, our products are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces of allergens. Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies when placing an order.
